Yes, we’re talking about the real fears.

Bathrooms, vomiting on planes, lost meds, sensory overload in airports — nothing is off the table. This is a shame‑free space to ask what you’re actually worrying about and learn calm, practical strategies that work in the real world.

What you’ll learn in this 75‑minute training

By the end, you’ll walk away with a personalized “Migraine‑Smart Trip Plan” you can reuse for every bus ride, girls’ weekend, or long‑haul flight.

Perfect if you’re brand‑new to traveling with migraine, or you’ve been white‑knuckling it and are ready for a calmer way.

Module 1 · Calm the "what‑ifs"

  • Name your exact travel triggers (beyond “stress” and “weather”) so you can plan for them.
  • A simple script for talking to travel companions about your needs without feeling high‑maintenance.
  • How to decide if a trip is actually worth the migraine risk (with a 3‑question gut‑check).

Module 2 · Build your migraine‑smart travel kit

  • Exactly what to pack in your carry‑on vs. checked bag (including meds, comfort gear, and “just in case” items).
  • How to think about time zones, sleep, and food when you’re planning your itinerary.
  • The “bathroom and backup plan” checklist for flights, road trips, and public transit.

Module 3 · When migraine hits on the road

  • A simple decision tree for what to do in the first 10 minutes of symptoms.
  • How to ask for help from airline staff, hotel teams, and strangers when you’re not at your best.
  • Gentle mindset tools to release guilt about “ruining” trips and protect your nervous system instead.

Is this webinar for you?

You don’t have to be “an adventurous traveler” to belong here. You just need a body that gets migraines and a part of you that still wants to go.

You’ll love this if…

  • You’ve turned down trips or family events because of migraine anxiety.
  • You panic‑scroll worst‑case scenarios before every travel day.
  • You’re tired of over‑prepping or under‑prepping and want a sane middle.
  • You want practical tools, not toxic positivity.

It’s probably not for you if…

  • You’re looking for medical advice or medication changes (we’ll stay in the lifestyle lane).
  • You want a cure, not coping tools.
  • You’re not open to experimenting with your routines around travel.

Meet your guide

A migraine traveler who refused to stay home.

Hi, I’m [Your Name], a migraine patient, traveler, and educator. I’ve navigated cross‑country moves, 10‑hour flights, and crowded family weddings with a brain that does not love bright lights, strange food, or sudden schedule changes.

Over the last decade I’ve tested every packing method, itinerary hack, and communication script I could find, and distilled them into a gentle, realistic system that respects both your nervous system and your desire to see the world (or just visit your in‑laws without dread).

This webinar is the class I wish I’d had before my first post‑diagnosis flight — minus the shame, plus clear tools and a lot of compassion.

  • Lived experience with chronic migraine and travel.
  • Trauma‑informed, shame‑aware facilitation style.
  • Education focus: skills & planning, not medical advice.

Important note: I’m not your doctor. Nothing in this class is medical advice. Please work with your clinical team for treatment decisions.

What migraine travelers are saying

Names and details changed for privacy, shared with permission.

“Before working with this framework I said no to almost every trip. If I did go, I’d spend weeks spiraling about bathrooms, flights, and what would happen if I got stuck somewhere mid‑migraine. After learning these tools, I flew cross‑country solo for the first time in years. I still get migraines, but I don’t feel helpless anymore — I feel prepared.”

— “S.”, chronic migraine patient & new "yes"‑sayer to girls’ trips

Ready to travel with a little more courage?

Register in under 60 seconds. Bring your messiest, most honest questions — there’s room for all of them here.

“Will there be bathrooms?” is always a fair question. Let’s build you a plan that honors it — and still lets you say yes to the trip.

Questions you might be asking already

You’re not the only one wondering these things — that’s exactly why this training exists.

Will we talk about specific medications or treatment plans?

No. I’m not your doctor and this training can’t replace individualized medical care. We’ll stay focused on planning, preparation, communication, and mindset tools you can use alongside whatever treatment plan you and your clinician have chosen.

I’m currently in a high‑pain season. Will this be overwhelming?

My goal is to keep this gentle and doable. The class is structured in short segments with clear checklists and examples, plus space to step away if you need to. You’ll have the replay, so you can pause, rewatch, and take breaks as needed.

What if I can’t make it live?

Register anyway and you’ll get the full replay link within 24 hours, plus the printable checklist and Trip Plan template. You’ll miss the live Q&A, but you can still submit questions in advance — I’ll answer as many as I can on the call.

Is this only for people with an official migraine diagnosis?

No. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are still in the “is this migraine?” stage, or deal with a different chronic condition that makes travel tricky, you’re welcome. The tools are designed to be adaptable — you get to translate them to your body and context.

Will this be recorded? Will my questions be anonymous?

Yes, it will be recorded. During the live Q&A, you can choose whether to turn your camera on or off and whether to use your real name. Questions submitted via the chat can be read aloud anonymously, and any particularly identifying details may be edited out of the replay.

Say yes to the trip — and to taking care of your brain.

Join “Will There Be Bathrooms? (And Other Fearless Questions for the Migraine Traveler.)” and walk into your next travel day with a plan, not a pit in your stomach.
